Owner's Manual Survey 1: General

Hello Members!
I’m asking for a minute of your time and your thoughts on the following questions about your Boat Owner’s Manual (OM). The Boat OM is for the boat only and not propulsion or major accessories. Please answer Yes, No, or NA (Not Applicable):

1. Did you read the Boat OM completely before operating?
2. Did you read any propulsion/accessory OEM information supplied with the boat before use?
3. Did you have questions about operation after reading all the information provided with the boat?
4. If you did not read all the information provided, did you read it after because of a problem?
5. Do you keep the Boat OM and OEM information onboard?
6. Do you find it frustrating that the information you need is spread-out over multiple documents?

I will respect your time by keeping surveys short and focused. I will value your thoughts as an actual user, outside of the industry. I will use the survey results to (hopefully) convince boat builders to improve the OM information they provide to help all boat owners!
