Ranger 1880 Mercury 200 Pro XS fuel burn question

I'm out here with my 2021 Ranger 1880 powered by a 200 Pro XS, and I've noticed I'm only getting about 1.5 to 1.7 miles per gallon at my usual cruising speed of 4800 to 5200 RPM. The motor's running like a dream, no alarms or anything but honestly, the fuel usage seems a bit high for my liking.

Has anyone else been in the same boat? What do you think about these numbers? Would love to hear your thoughts

The MPG sounds about right for that setup, considering those RPMs. If you want to stretch the fuel, maybe ease back to 4,000 and see how she does. Do update me here.
