where to find a ranger boat trailer axles

Alright, I'm trying to help my dad out with his boat trailer, and we're hitting a wall.

He's got this 2019 Ranger Reata RP 200C with a single axle trailer, and it needs a new axle.
It's the 4500lb torsion axle that we think was originally made by the UFP.

We've looked online, and places like Eastmarine seem to have replacement Ranger axles, but they're all the 3750lb version, not the 4500lb we need.
Does anyone out there know where we can actually find a 4500lb ranger boat trailer axles for this thing, without having to wait three plus months for it to ship?

He's worried that if he has to wait that long, the whole fishing season is basically shot.

Any leads or help would be super appreciated
